Dr. Koçali is a faculty member at Istanbul Gelişim University, where he teaches and leads initiatives in occupational health and safety education. He also serves as the Head of the Department of Occupational Health and Safety at the university’s vocational school. In his administrative capacity, he chairs the Performance Evaluation Commission and contributes to the Education and Curriculum Board, Ethics Committee, and Internship and Quality Assurance Committees. His leadership extends to European academic exchange as the university’s Erasmus Coordinator.
