Xinyi Zhang is a highly motivated researcher in the field of industrial engineering and management with strong academic performance and leadership experience. She is currently pursuing graduate studies at Shandong University after completing her undergraduate degree in engineering cost estimation at Tianjin University of Technology. Throughout her academic journey, she has consistently ranked among the top students, receiving multiple national and university-level scholarships in recognition of her excellence. Her research interests focus on digital transformation, supply chain management, construction project performance, and innovation in intelligent manufacturing. She has contributed to several research papers, including studies on BIM-enabled collaboration, supply chain transparency, governance in green supply chains, stakeholder collaboration, and the role of digital capabilities in project outcomes, with some already accepted in reputable international journals and others under review or in revision. In addition, she has presented her work at academic conferences and is actively preparing further contributions to high-impact journals. Xinyi is proficient in various research methods and tools, including structural equation modeling, regression analysis, econometrics, and software such as SPSS, AMOS, Stata, R, and Python. Beyond academics, she has demonstrated leadership as president of the graduate student union and participated in national competitions, securing awards for her skills in market survey analysis, statistical modeling, industrial engineering, and construction technology innovation.
