Dr. Shahin currently serves as the Head of the Department of Materials and Mechanical Engineering at Allame Naeini Institute of Higher Education (2017–2024). He has been a university lecturer since 2016, teaching courses in both materials and mechanical engineering at institutions such as Allame Naeini Institute, Islamic Azad University (Najafabad and Shahrekord branches), and Shahrekord University.
