Ms. Anastassiya Fedorova is a political science researcher and academic specializing in civil society, civic identity, and political participation in post-communist and transitional contexts. Her scholarly work explores the dynamics of civil society institutions, youth civic engagement, ecological movements, and political communication, with particular emphasis on Kazakhstan within broader global and comparative frameworks. She applies qualitative and comparative analytical approaches to examine how geopolitical transformation, digital platforms, and social structures shape civic behavior and public discourse. Alongside her research contributions published in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings, she has extensive experience in higher education teaching, curriculum development, and academic mentoring in international relations and political science.
