Dr. Luciana Polischuk is a political scientist and public administration scholar whose research centers on gender equity, collaborative governance, and policy implementation. With over fifteen years of experience across academia, government, and international organizations, she has contributed significantly to advancing evidence-based policymaking and social justice initiatives globally. Her work integrates qualitative and quantitative approaches to examine how governance networks and institutional arrangements address gender-based violence and promote equality in diverse socio-political contexts. Dr. Polischuk has authored and co-authored influential studies published in leading journals such as Public Administration Review and the International Journal of Public Administration, focusing on topics including diffusion of complex governance systems, collaborative networks, and state responses to gender inequalities. In addition to her research, she has extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and technical consultancy for projects on gender equity, social inclusion, and sustainable development across Latin America, Africa, and Asia.
