Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mihai Sanduleanu is a leading researcher in integrated circuit design with major contributions to mm-wave, sub-THz, RF, and mixed-signal electronics. His work spans ultra-low-power radios, phased-array transceivers, high-speed ADCs, nanophotonic links, and self-healing circuits. He has authored highly cited journal and conference papers in IEEE JSSC, IEEE TCAS, Sensors, and RFIC/ESSCIRC proceedings, and holds multiple international patents in oscillators, ADC calibration, and RF architectures. His research underpins advances in 5G/6G systems, near-field imaging, body-area networks, and cryogenic electronics for quantum computing. He has led or co-led large collaborative research programs with industry and academia and received multiple invention and research excellence awards.
