Dr. Luciana Polischuk is a political scientist and public administration scholar whose research centers on gender equity, collaborative governance, and policy implementation. With over fifteen years of experience across academia, government, and international organizations, she has contributed significantly to advancing evidence-based policymaking and social justice initiatives globally. Her work integrates qualitative and quantitative approaches to examine how governance networks and institutional arrangements address gender-based violence and promote equality in diverse socio-political contexts.
