Assist. Prof. Dr. Kamyar Chalaki is an academic and researcher in industrial engineering with strong expertise in operations research, statistical quality control, and system engineering. His research focuses on robust economic and economic–statistical design of control charts, multivariate process monitoring, stochastic processes, and decision-making methods, including fuzzy systems and multi-criteria decision analysis. He has published extensively in international indexed journals and conferences, particularly on Hotelling’s T² control charts, adaptive sampling schemes, and robustness optimization using metaheuristic algorithms.
